Delivery

At Advance Software we like to keep things simple. Delivery is a fixed cost per order based on your location. The delivery cost is the same regardless of whether you order 1 or 50 products.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

The majority of products on this website are in stock and delivery to almost all locations is 1 to 2 working days.

Please note that uncommon products and out of stock items may take longer to arrive. We will advise you of any expected delays before we process your order.

How Do You Deliver?

Standard delivery is by courier and packages will require a signature on delivery. On rare occasions we can use Australia Post but only for certain remote locations. However, we highly discourage the use of Australia Post for any deliveries.

What Happens if the Delivery is Lost?

It is very rare but sometimes couriers will lose a package (a chance of 1 in several thousand). If this happens we will despatch a replacement package to you at no cost.

Please note that this replacement policy does not apply for deliveries by Australia Post. We minimise the use Australia Post as they lose a relatively high percentage of packages.
